The order and payment process
Lady Jane recieves your online purchase instantly. We also receive an approval from VCS Merchant Services - this is an independent payment gateway. We dont hold your credit card details and your payment is secure.
When the approval is verified, we will dispatch your goods the same day provided the order is during normal working hours. Evening orders will be processed and dispatched the next day.
Fast and Efficient Delivery
There are a few delivery options.
Standard delivery charge: which is the cheapest option, is sent econoparcel with the South African Postal Services. Your package will have a tracking number. Purchases done during the day can be dispatched by 3PM the same day. Econoparcel is usually 4 to 5 working days delivery. To fast track this delivery you can specify only the Post Office Name and Postal Code. Your parcel then goes direct to your chosen Post Office. You present the tracking number and able to collect direct.
Next day delivery: which is slightly more expensive is sent overnight via Speed Services or our own courier company, depending on your express requirements and time of placing the order. If your order is placed before 12AM we can send Speed Servics or Courier. If your order is urgent we can get it out to you, there may be an additional surcharge. You will need to call us or email us to arrange a special delivery. Please note that orders processed late on a Thursday, or on a Friday, your purchase will only be delivered on the Monday.
Speed Services is the preferred delivery and will be sent to your nearest Post Office.
Large value / quantity purchases
If your purchase is large in value or quantity we may need to apply an additional procedure to ensure the purchase is not fraudulant and indeed made by the owner of the credit card. We would liaise with the bank to obtain a Code 10. The bank will contact the card holder. We have no control over the time the bank will take to confirm authenticity of the purchase but is generally not more than 5 working days.
Tracking your order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will recieve an automated email with your unique tracking number. We will also indicate expected time frame for delivery.

Your discreet package
You will receive your Lady Jane package in a white padded envelope. Our postal address will be indicated on the back of your package for tracking purposes and will not reflect the name of Lady Jane.
Out of stock issues
Lady Jane makes every effort to ensure that the information supplied on the site is accurate. Where delays and out of stock situations occur, every effort will be made to inform you. In the case of out of stock items, every effort will be made to supply the stock as soon as possible.
Return and Missing Order Policy
By the intimate nature of our products, our returns policy is limited. To ensure that we supply working products, each product will be tested prior to despatch. Our products are good quality and we ensure that fully operational products are working correctly.
We endevour to ensure that we have taken all possible measures to ensure your order will not be lost or stolen. Every product sent by the South African Postal Services is supported with a tracking number. Should you not receive your order we will follow up for you, however you are also able to investigate, and use the website or call 0860 111 502.
Our courier services delivers to the recipient on the order and is supported by a waybill number which proof of delivery can be made available to you on request.
